I know not knowing the rules is no excuse so I do take responsibility for the ship kill, but I did not pod him after i found out we were not allowed to shoot stuff outside other systems. Not sure why my alliance mate did.
He warped his ship to a wormhole with a BC sitting outside, jumped in to 2 ships on the inside. He held cloak without saying a word. He then decloaked burning to the wormhole. he let us shoot at him without saying anything until he was almost dead, and started yelling at us about rules. All while in jump range of the high sec wormhole. He let us kill him knowing he could have saved his ship at any time by simply jumping out into high sec. I had 3 launchers that do an amazing 100 dps on my scanning tengu, and as you can see from the pod the devoter had small guns. He had plenty of time to jump out. Once he contacted us with his alt still in the wormhole I apologized for killing his ship and we let him come and go as he wished. |
